I started in public policy and government, then worked in industry associations and led regulatory and government affairs at EnerNOC, a then Nasdaq-listed energy technology business.

I learned the value of relationships, judgement and understanding what sits behind a stakeholder’s position. I also learned how difficult it can be to explain that work in the language a business uses to make decisions.

At Boston Consulting Group in Perth, I worked on strategy, operating models and implementation across energy and resources. As a Principal, I learned to connect business objectives to the work, responsibilities and measures needed to deliver them.

I founded Transformation Partners to bring those experiences together. Today I work with Corporate Affairs leaders who need to make their contribution visible and build a function that can deliver it consistently.
